Handmade in Utah · Ships in 3–5 days · Species info card included

A real Death Head moth is placed inside a wood shadowbox measuring 5"x5" with a 1.5" depth. Frame hangs on the wall or can sit on a shelf. All butterflies and moths come from preservation farms and lived a full life. They were not harmed in any way for our artwork. An info card will be included to learn more about the insect and preservation farm process. Makes a great conversation piece!

Where our butterflies come from

Every butterfly lived a full life on a preservation farm and was collected after it died naturally. The farms protect rainforest habitat, and about 80% of farm-raised eggs reach adulthood versus about 5% in the wild. All species are approved by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Learn more

Caring for your piece

Wings are permanently sealed in jeweler's-grade resin, which is durable and water resistant. Keep framed art out of direct sunlight and away from humidity to keep colors vibrant.
