Terms and Conditions
Lead Time and Shipping
Since each product is handcrafted it can take an average of 2-4 weeks to fulfill your wholesale order. You can always email us before placing an order to get an update on our current lead time.
Orders over $350 in the United States qualify for free shipping.
Care of Product
Nature products will be affected by prolonged exposure to sunlight and heat. It is very important to display products where they avoid direct sunlight and exposure to heat as much as possible, or colors will eventually fade. We will not refund the cost of products due to colors fading.
We are here to support you all along the way. If, for whatever reason, our products break before or after a customer purchase, simply return the defective item to Asana Natural Arts and we will send a replacement product right away. Asana Natural Arts does not assume responsibility for other occurances such as products fading with prolonged exposure to sunlight, heat damage, or theft.
Return and Cancellation Policy
Our return policy agrees to refund the original cost of undamaged products within 60 days of purchase. If you wish to return our products contact us with your return request. Products must first be sent back and inspected before refunds are issued (buyer pays return shipping). All other returns outside of these conditions will be considered on a case by case basis. Asana Natural Arts will not assume responsibility if products are damaged during returned shipping.
Cancelled orders will receive a full refund if products have not yet been shipped. If orders are cancelled after they have been shipped the process will be the same as our regular return policy.
We have limited our products to bestsellers. In the event that you have ordered products that aren't selling, we will provide the option to swap out undamaged products for different ones upon request (buyer pays shipping costs).
We prefer payment by check on a Net 30 basis. First time customers need to provide a credit reference sheet for the Net 30 payment option. Otherwise, we can charge a credit card or use PayPal.
