Shipping policy
Processing time
Every piece is handmade to order in Sandy, Utah. Please allow 3–5 days for us to make and prepare your order before it ships. Custom orders take longer (see below).
Domestic shipping (United States)
We ship with USPS. Delivery takes 3–5 business days after your order ships, so most U.S. orders arrive about 1–2 weeks after they’re placed.
• Orders $50 and over: FREE shipping
• Orders under $50: about $7.50 (exact rate shown at checkout)
International shipping
We ship internationally with USPS. Rates are calculated at checkout, and delivery times vary by destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Some countries restrict the import of insect specimens, so please check your country’s rules before ordering.
Custom orders
Custom pieces usually take 1–2 months to create, plus shipping time. If you need a piece by a certain date, please contact us before ordering.
Tracking
You’ll receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.
Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right as described in our Refund Policy.
