Capture the magic of butterflies with this real butterfly wing necklace. Our butterflies are acquired from preservation farms after living a full life and include information cards to learn more. The wing is delicately hand cut in a teardrop shape and permanently preserved in resin. This method makes the wing fully sealed and waterproof. The wing dangles inside a sterling silver teardrop finding and is threaded on an 18" snake chain. Due to working with natural supplies each product may slightly vary than what is pictured.

Every piece is handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 days for us to make and prepare your order, then 3–5 business days for USPS delivery in the U.S. Free U.S. shipping on orders $50 and over; about $7.50 under $50. We ship internationally (rates at checkout). Returns accepted within 30 days, and we'll fix or replace anything that arrives broken.

Where our butterflies come from

Every butterfly lived a full life on a preservation farm and was collected after it died naturally. The farms protect rainforest habitat, and about 80% of farm-raised eggs reach adulthood versus about 5% in the wild. All species are approved by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Learn more

Caring for your piece

Wings are permanently sealed in jeweler's-grade resin, which is durable and water resistant. Keep framed art out of direct sunlight and away from humidity to keep colors vibrant.
