This piece is meant to call to the adventurer inside all of us. A 6"x8" black, wood shadow box frame with a real Papilio Ulysses butterfly on a vintage world map. Very unique! All butterflies come from butterfly farms and lived a full life. They were not harmed in any way for my artwork. Information cards will be included to learn more. Makes a great conversational piece!

Or message us if you'd like a different butterfly, we have 50 different butterflies to choose from!

Where our butterflies come from

Every butterfly lived a full life on a preservation farm and was collected after it died naturally. The farms protect rainforest habitat, and about 80% of farm-raised eggs reach adulthood versus about 5% in the wild. All species are approved by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Learn more

Caring for your piece

Wings are permanently sealed in jeweler's-grade resin, which is durable and water resistant. Keep framed art out of direct sunlight and away from humidity to keep colors vibrant.
