Real butterfly wings are used after their natural passing and turned into wearable art. They are acquired from butterfly farms worldwide and information cards are included to learn more.
These wings are from the Monarch butterfly and measures approximately 2.5 inches in height (measurement includes the earring hooks). The wings are finished in a thick lamination (similar to the thickness of card stock paper). Lamination is durable, lightweight, and waterproof. Brass chevrons dangle underneath the wings. Gold plated kidney hooks are used. Due to working with natural supplies each product may slightly vary than what is pictured.
