This earring showcases the Blue Morpho butterfly. The wings are handcut, permanently preserved, and attached to 925 sterling silver teardrop earrings. The wings are finished in jeweler's grade resin. The resin finish is considered high quality and is approximately 1/8" thick with a glossier look. This finish type is durable, lightweight, and waterproof. The wing will elegantly spin inside allowing both side of the wing to be seen. These wings are unique because the blue colors are iridescent and will change hues at different angles. The backside also has a gorgeous brown owl eye pattern. Due to working with natural supplies each product may slightly vary than whats pictured.
